Activation of the Next Level Leaders
I’m just back from a week long business strategy trip on the beach on the Texas Gulf Coast. Every single morning I would start my day by planting my feet into the sand, feeling the warmth, and take myself for a long walk…watching the pelicans surf just above the waves…letting my mind sync up with the steady sound of the ocean water rolling in and out…Feeling the sun kiss my skin…while I let all the worries and problem solving fade away…
Here’s a little taste:
Ahhhhhhh….Breathe that all in with me…SO glorious!
I’ve learned the hard way that my best ideas and solutions magically appear when I’m cultivating spaciousness…It’s in the spaces in-between that my most brilliant insights appear…
So I’ve designed my life…and business…around a mere perfect ebb and flow of inspired action and nothingness…
It’s what birthed my 3-day work week.
My passion for delegating…even the stuff I’m really good at…
My love for collaborating with brilliant minds.
And this past week was no different.
While I was galivanting on the beach…my team was supporting their fearless leader in the most beautiful ways…allowing me to be unplugged…without having to worry about loose ends…
And then there was Summer…my business bestie…who’s been my steady braintrust all this year…encouraging me to step into an even bolder leadership position…
We wove business strategy with self-care in an impeccable flow all week…broke up the brain dumps with long dips into the ocean…doing our best body surfing…nourishing our taste buds with delicious, home-cooked organic meals prepared by yours truly (’cause cooking is one of my favorite pastimes)…hitting the sack around 9pm to trap some of that beauty sleep…before we did it all over again…
No rush. Not a hurry in sight. Just ease. And grace. Laughter and leisure.

Then on the way back, while I steered my little car up the freeway toward home, Summer pulled out her laptop…and took notes as we captured all those loosely strung together ideas and insights that had been percolating all week into a detailed timeline for us to deliver on over the coming weeks…
I’m sharing all these details with you because when I first started out I believed all good things came from commitment, dedication, hard work, and effort…then I learned to do life and business differently…partly from my much wiser guy…my Zen Larry…and partly from overdoing all that efforting until I simply couldn’t effort anymore…
Us achievers often have to run straight into a brick wall to finally choose an easier path! Ha!
(maybe you can relate?!)
But I finally got there…and it only took 49 years around the sun to embody ease right into my bones…
Hopefully you’re a better student than me…and can learn how easy…and fun…and graceful…it truly can be…simply from me sharing this story…and then testing it out for yourself…creating your own creative version of mind-blowing manifestation…
At least that’s the invitation.
I set out to write a blog post on something completely different this week…but then the excitement of sharing the stuff that came through so beautifully as Summer and I aligned our visions with the most feel-good business structures won…so here I am writing up the story of it all for you…

Before we get to the heart of the matter…let me start by sharing some of the back story that inspired what was to come next…
If you’re awake to what’s happening in the world right now…and you’ve been paying attention to how our leaders have been showing up lately…you too may have noticed that there are a lot of seats becoming vacant around the boardroom table of the future right now…
People we’ve considered leaders are not stepping up, they’re actually stepping back…they’re still sitting in darkness…with a hard grip on the past…unable to see what’s next…
I’ve even had several intuitive leaders confess that they can’t see what’s ahead…they’ve said things like: “Things are shifting so quickly now that we can’t keep up…and it’s impossible to know what the future holds…”
Truth is they have not been activated for this next path of the journey.
Meanwhile many of you — Yes YOU! — are being called forth!
You may even, like me, have a clear sense of what is coming…almost like you’re following a path already laid out for you…
So that with each passing month, your trust in the infinite is ever expanding…even as the world as we know it, is falling away…
Can you feel it?
I sure can.
It actually has me giddy with excitement for this next portal we’re about to pass through…
Oh the possibilities…
And even if the path isn’t quite clear yet…many more are feeling something stirring in your heart and soul right now…
As the world shifts and turns, you’re leaning into some hard truths…some BIG visions…
Make no mistake…it’s no accident this is happening now…or that it’s happening to you…
Anything planted in your heart and soul is for you to bring forth.
To call in.
To nurture…so it can flourish.
Truth is, it’s your purpose giving you a hard stare!
Now is your time to go deep…
No more playing small…
Or hiding behind not knowing HOW…
It’s time for you to step into it, to claim it, to own it…
It’s right there for the taking!

…most of our current leaders are losing their grip on reality… slipping and sliding trying to hold onto what they’ve built…scared of letting go of the old…

…it’s time to level UP so we can lead UP…
The old is crumbling…let it fall…
